As of this very day, we'll be posting up reflections of our conduct and behaviour during practices! This serves as a platform for us to reflect upon our actions for every practice and pinpoint what went wrong exactly. Let us improve and progress together!

Being Conscious

The problems which occurred on Monday boils down to the lack of consciousness to events happening around us, and as a result, it leads to the downward spiral of respect that we have for one another, as you might have already noticed during the practice.

Our behaviour at the start of prac was unacceptable. Mr Kwei was early, but even so, when the clock turned 530, everyone was still sitting around and chatting in small little groups here and there. We are not suppose to let Mr Kwei wait, our time with him during prac is precious, we cannot emphasize that any further. For subsequent pracs, please get into position ASAP when you have arrived.

There're still people talking during the prac while other sections are singing. At one point, we were talking even when Mr Kwei was giving his comments. These comments are for us, it benefits no one but us, ajchoir batch 0809, so there's no reason why we should not be listening while Mr Kwei is speaking.

At the end of prac, we were supposed to bring our costumes for checking. Unfortunately, about 3/4 of us didn't bring it. People, please be more aware of the things going on around us. Jenna told us specifically last Thursday that we are having a costume check on Monday and some people said that they didn't hear it. Obviously, we were doing something else while she was speaking. We are responsible for our actions, we don't have to trouble others to remind us constantly.

Sincerely hope that we'll work on these points together and improve on them the next prac.
