acapella people - reporting time: 1pm @ TRCC
choir - reporting time: 4pm @ TRCC
*all are to report in half u [sch bottoms and college based shirt] and bring costume [s] to change
*dinner would be provided
* session will end at 645pm

sun
all groups - reporting time: 1pm @ TRCC
*all are to report in half u [sch bottoms and college based shirt] and bring costume [s] to change
*stage hands to be wearing black choir tee and school bottoms when on duty
*all except people involved in finale and helping as stage hands can leave after performance
*dinner will be provided

#all to enter TRCC hall from loading bay next to open air carpark

girls - gown with court shoes, neat hair and make up
